Steering Committee
The Steering Committee meets several times throughout the year and has general oversight of the Reuters Institute. It approves long-term planning, financial statements, fundraising strategies and other activities. It reports to key stakeholders within the University of Oxford and supports our relationship with the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Jazmín has been a journalist for over a decade and co-founded Paraguay’s award-winning digital news platform, El Surtidor. As editorial director of the outlet, she spearheads efforts to reach young audiences with visual journalism about climate change, gender issues, and abuses of power.
