Tania is the Associate Director of our Leadership Development Programmes. Her role is centred on designing, operating and delivering the leadership courses at the Institute.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee meets several times throughout the year and has general oversight of the Reuters Institute. It approves long-term planning, financial statements, fundraising strategies and other activities. It reports to key stakeholders within the University of Oxford and supports our relationship with the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Simon is a highly experienced journalist and has reported from more than 50 countries and was previously Reuters' Global Managing Editor, Newsroom.

Alongside his role at TRF Antonio is a One Young World Ambassador and a World Economic Forum agenda contributor. He sits on the boards of All Out and the International News Safety Institute (INSI). In 2018, he came first in the Financial Times' OUTstanding list of third sector LGBT+ executives.

Deputy Director of the Institute and Director of Research
Richard is the Deputy Director of the Institute and its Director of Research . He is primarily interested in digital news consumption and comparative media research.
