Anita Zielina is a Visiting Fellow at the Reuters Institute where she focuses on change management and digital transformation in news organisations. She was previously Chief Product Officer at Neue Zürcher Zeitung Media Group in Zurich. Here she talks about how news organisations can adapt to the digital age and how staff can be empowered and enabled to pursue this change.
