Sampo Vaarakallio

I have been working as a journalist for more than 20 years. Over the last 15 years I've worked in the Finnish Broadcasting Company's RadioNews, mostly as a foreign news reporter.

In Finland I studied in the University of Jyväskylä (journalism, philosophy and political science).

Abroad I've studied in France in Aix-en-Provence (IEP) and in Paris (IRIS-institute). My studies have focused on politics, history and so on in the Mediterranean area. I've studied the same topics in Ankara, Turkey (METU).
