Kellie Mayo
Kellie Mayo has been the Executive Producer of Australia's most popular Sunday morning television political debate and discussion program, Insiders, since 2006. In almost 20 years at the ABC, she has also been Chief of Staff of the ABC's Television and Radio newsroom in Melbourne, Chief Producer of the ABC's flagship morning radio news bulletins in Victoria and has covered all major rounds as a reporter including State Politics, Finance, Industrial Relations, Courts and Sport. Kellie has done work for the ABC's respected radio current affairs programs AM, PM and The World Today and for the ABC's international service Radio Australia.
In 2005, Kellie was awarded an Asia Pacific Journalism Centre fellowship which enabled her to travel to Indonesia to explore the impact of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami on the Islamic faith. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree from RMIT University and a Master of Global Communications degree from La Trobe University in Australia.
