Hend Selim

Hend Selim is an Egyptian journalist. She has a bachelor of journalism from the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University and a professional certificate in print media translation from the American University in Cairo.She is a foreign affairs editor at Al Wafd newspaper, the main opposition newspaper in Egypt. She won the Mohamed Odah Award for the best article and political analysis in 2007 in a competition organized by the Egyptian Journalist Syndicate. She also works as a freelance journalist. She is interested in animated cartoons. She has a certificate in animation from the graphic department, the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University.
