Daniel Griffiths

Mr Griffiths holds degrees from Durham, London, and Cambridge universities. He is a senior broadcast journalist with the BBC. He has worked across the organisation including television news, Radio 4's Today programme and the World Service. Prior to that he was a correspondent in Washington reporting on the 2004 presidential election and in Beijing from 2006 to 2008, where he covered, among other things, the riots in Tibet, North Korea's first nuclear test, the Sichuan earthquake, and the Beijing Olympics.
