Camilla Marie Nielsen

Camilla Marie Nielsen is a crime reporter at Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet. She has worked in journalism since 2015 and has been a reporter and feature journalist on subjects such as terror, organised crime and the abuse of children in developing countries made possible by the increase of easy access to the internet in poor areas.

In her work as a journalist Camilla values stories told through good case studies, thorough research and insights into cultures and underground phenomena through written and video journalism. Camilla received a bachelor's in journalism from the Danish School of Media and Journalism in 2015 and also studied journalism at The University of Arts, London.

Her research will focus on how the media covers stories of child abuse and trafficking.
