Laura has produced and edited many in-depth digital productions including the interactive 'Hooked' on video gaming addiction which won an international 'Society for News Design' award in 2021. The immersive video piece 'Black Summer' on Australia's unpreceded bushfires won the national 2020 Walkley Award for Production in conjunction with the Four Corners episode. She has also pitched and managed two crowdsource projects which generated thousands of responses from the public.
Laura has worked as a TV News reporter and video journalist for ABC News across the country uncovering political conflicts of interest and church cover ups. She has also reported on breaking news, politics, courts, natural disasters, and royal visits.
