What Obama’s elections have taught the Media- and the rest of us

Larry Sabato, Director and Professor, University of Virginia Center for Politics, last week delivered the 2013 RISJ/BBC David Butler Lecture.

The event took place on the 4th of July- American Independence Day- at the BBC Council Chamber and focused on the media portrayal of Obama's election campaigns in 2008 and 2012.

The evening was hosted by acting Head of News Fran Unsworth and attended by Sir Butler and other media and political figures.
