The Reuters Institute is pleased to announce the publication of the second title in its RISJ CHALLENGES series: The Web that Failed, How opposition politics and independent initiatives are failing on the internet in Russia, Floriana Fossato and John Lloyd, with Alexander Verkhovsky The Web that Failed developed from the research findings of one of the Institute's projects - Mapping Russia's Internet for Civil and Uncivil Society, which was funded by the Open Society Institute and Soros Foundation Network.
