Mr Lundén holds an MSc in Social Sciences (Economics) from University of Turku.  He studied industrial relations and personnel management at the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a college degree in Accounting and Finance.  Mr Lundén started his career as a business journalist at the Finnish regional newspaper, Turun Sanomat, working for the Paper’s business section’s newsroom from 1990 to 1998. Among other things he was responsible for co-ordinating Turun Sanomat’s coverage of Finland’s mission to join the European Union and later covered several EU summits. 

Mr Lundén now works as an economic reporter at the Kauppalehti, the leading Finnish Business Daily. As a business journalist he has covered topics and areas such as energy firms and energy policy, climate change and the EU.
